This funny sketch by Funny or Die shows Michele Bachmann, the racist and homophobic female politician who wants to be President, and how she makes it through her a speech while suffering from incapacitating headaches. Her secret? Help from her flaming, yet somehow anti-gay, husband, Marcus Bachmann.. and a lot of drugs. Erin Gibson and Bryan Safi do great impersonations of the controversial & hypocritical political couple.

Michele Bachmann has once again stuck her big nose into a situation where she really needs to keep her opinion to herself. Earlier this month, during CNN’s State of the Union, Michele Bachmann suggested that occupying Wall Street is less likely to gain any more traction than the Tea Party she loves so much has. This is despite the fact that polls show more Americans in favor of the OWS movement than the Tea Party. Someone needs to buy this woman some bleach and turn her into a blonde. She is so good at missing the point of something and spinning it into something else. She should at least look the part. Giving brunettes a bad name Michele, tsk tsk. (Another example is her stating she would like for Judges to no longer tell people the laws of the US. Um, let me get this right, you don’t want judges to do their jobs now? What’s next? A lawyer being a medical doctor?)
Bachmann has also said that: “If you go to the essence of what Occupy Wall Street stands for, it’s having other people pay for their stuff.” Wrong again. The OWS movement is about holding the 1% accountable for the state of our economic crisis and doing more for the interests of the public than the private. Bachmann wouldn’t understand this though. After all, she’s the one sticking her grubby palm out for some extra play dough. Would you like an example? Here’s a random fact, taken from the Washington Post: $417,000 loan was taken out from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for a luxury home for Bachmann. All while she was busy fighting the big bad mortgage man. I smell a hypocrite hiding behind that horrible hair and clown makeup. So now she is not only a Republican, but a Socialist. How can you talk about having moral values and a family life when you won’t even help the families that are the 99%? Shame on you again, Bachmann! You should go dust off your own charcoal remnants before you go showering it on others.
Wake up, America – this is exactly the type of people running our country. The only bad thing about this one in particular is she wants to be President. Michele Bachmann needs to just fade back into the state she came from, you know, the one full of pots and kettles.
..she just hasn’t been outed.. yet. But my theory is that one day [and hopefully soon] this homo-hating, far-right wingnut will be caught red-handed with a barely 18, female slut-puppy. My reasoning? Bachmann is just like George Rekers, David Dreier, Troy King, etc [the list of anti-gay politicians that turned out to be gay goes on and on and on]. Bachmann is probably just another self-hating, God-fearing homo who puts themselves in a position of power to “redeem” themselves by remaining closeted and oppressing other gays.
So when the inevitable scandal begins and the naughty pics of Michele start to leak, I’m guessing they’re going to look something like this:
I also have the same theory about Michele’s husband, Marcus Bachmann, who calls homosexuals “barbaric” and attempts to cure them at his Christian counseling center. The poor guy prances around like a fairy and is more feminine than Michael Jackson was.. it’s only a matter of time before he’s caught with a rent-boy.
But back to Michele. In all seriousness, whether she’s a closet lez or not, how can we as Americans even consider the idea of allowing someone with such a warped, delusional, and closed mind become our President? This would be a huge step-back not only for the equal rights movement, but for intelligent progress in general. Besides her anti-gay agenda, Bachmann is also completely ignorant of the Constitution and constantly makes Palin-like errors in her nonsensical speeches. Plus, anyone who stills believes homosexuality is a choice, identity disorder, or sexual dysfunction needs to attend more school and less church.
Let me re-word one of your own quotes, Michele. And please, take it to heart:
“If you believe in ultra-conservative, religious ideologies, it’s bondage. It is personal bondage, personal despair and personal enslavement.”
There’s been a lot of controversy over a recent cover of Newsweek which featured a very unflattering picture of Michele Bachmann looking as crazy as ever with the caption: “The Queen of Rage.” After the publication came under fire by conservatives for the picture choice, Newsweek editor Tina Brown defended the photo by saying that “Bachmann’s intensity is galvanizing voters in Iowa right now and Newsweek’s cover captures that.” Personally, I love it. If you’re going to act insane, you should at least be portrayed that way.
Political impersonators Erin Gibson and Bryan Safi from Funny or Die are back with another video making fun of Michele and Marcus through a behind-the-scenes look at the Newsweek photo shoot.
An 8-year-old South Carolinian boy tells Michele Bachmann, “My Mommy doesn’t need fixing!” at a book signing she had recently promoting her new book titled, “Core of Conviction: My Story”. The boy, timid and shy, had no problem after a little coaxing to say: “My Mommy, Miss Bachmann, my Mommy is gay but she doesn’t need fixing.” Michele, staying true to form, shot the mom an awful look and they walked off. I will give it to the ones who made this video, your mic worked great! The words were so low that a mouse had to strain to hear it! It had me worried I needed to go have my ears checked. So I had to watch this video a couple times to get the jist.
