Is “Teen Mom” Jenelle Evans strung out on weed? According to her mom she is. However, Jenelle claims that she isn’t… she just “likes to smoke around this time of day.” Jenelle lives in the same town as the Zebra Detox headquarters and also frequents a bar we go to.
